Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using this service you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you may not use this service.

1 - Data and privacy

[1a] Data may be collected and stored for tracking purposes.


[1b] We do not knowingly collect information of users under the age of 18. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.


[1c] Parents or guardians must register their details if users under the age of 18 would like to participate in our services.


[1d] You can request to view the details we have stored for you and can be deleted at any time at your discretion.


[1e] We share some data with 3rd party providers for the purpose of fulfilling our services.


[1f] No data is sold to unknown sources that may be considered harmful or dangerous.

2 - Using our services


[2a] Users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


[2b] To participate in a course you must be qualified up to the level previous of the course you are requesting to book.


[2c] You must send us a completed copy of the relevant medical form for the course you are looking to complete.


[2d] We cannot accept a medical form from the wrong organisation. If you are requesting to participate in a PADI course, please complete the PADI form and likewise for BSAC – See our Medical Forms page on our website.


[2e] We are within our rights to reject any participation in courses if we believe there are any related health and safety risks that would disqualify you from participation. If you have pre-paid you will be entitled to a full refund.


3 – Appointments and Scheduling


[3a] Times listed on our websites for participation in courses are accurate as of days and not hours. If a course is listed as 24 hours this would mean our expectation for the completion of this course is with 1 day of training and not a full 24 hours.


[3b] Session times are estimates and does not maintain 100% accuracy. Times may vary and could sometimes be over the course of multiple days, we try to make availability for multiple days in a row, but may sometimes be sporadic. You will be contacted to confirm dates based on availability.


[3c] You are able to book block days and not specific timed starts. We will contact you to confirm precise timings and durations.


[3d] Calendars are maintained manually and cannot guarantee availability. We may not be able to fulfil a service on your requested date due to the following reasons (Human Error/Unforeseen Circumstances/Over-booking/Illness/General Availability)


[3e] If we are unable to fulfil a service on your requested date due to reasons from our side, we will contact you directly to reschedule the appointment or you are within your rights to request a full refund.


[3f] You are able to reschedule appointments at no cost up to 3 times, you will be charged a £30 rescheduling fee each time after the 3rd rescheduled appointment


[3g] Bookings can be made online or by contacting us via Phone or Email.

4 - Cancellations

[4a] You are within your rights to cancel up to 48 hours before the course is due to begin. A refund will be issued down to a £150 non-refundable deposit


[4b] No refunds will be made for cancelling the course within 48 hours from when the course is due to begin or once the course has commenced.

[4c] Rescheduling appointments does not qualify as cancellation of courses and therefore you can follow our rescheduling guidelines (See 3f)

[4d] The £100 non-refundable deposit is inclusive of training materials that may have been paid for.

[4e] Cancellations of Discover Scuba sessions are non-refundable

– Payments

[5a] Payments must be made prior to participating in the course.


[5b] If you are booking online the payment must be made through the website, we can only accept payments in person for bookings made through contacting us directly.


[5c] Prices may change, we can only accept the full charge for what we are displaying for the service we are offering at the time, unless we have a pre-agreed quote in writing that is within date.


[5d] Any overpayments will be refunded.


[5e] Payments must be made in full.

6 – Trips and Events


[6a] Prices for trips are not listed on our website, you must request a quote through our RSVP.


[6b] Payments can be made once you have received a quote, but these prices may vary.

[6c] Flights are NOT included within quotes for trips.

[6d] Trips away will include a £100 non refundable deposit.


7 – Additional Services


[7a] For additional services such as Tank Refills or Equipment servicing these must be requested by requesting a quote on the relevant page or contacting us directly.


[7b] Payments cannot be made through the website.


[7c] We have the right to reject services for acceptable reasons under our discretion.

[7d] Cancellations will be refunded down to a £10 cancellation fee.
